Cannabis - Cultivation Manager - Northeast

Horticulture – Cannabis

  • The Cultivation Manager is primarily responsible for complete oversight of all cultivation activities including correct propagation, vegetation, and harvesting of medical marijuana. Responsible for oversight of all Cultivation Technicians ensuring that the facility is safe and compliant with OSHA and state regulations. Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring all company policies are upheld and all company-provided standard operating procedures are adhered to.
  • Responsible for supervising all phases of cultivation operations including: regulatory compliance to Medical Marijuana state law regarding production, quality control, maintenance, receiving, and shipping.
  • Direct and coordinate Team Member activities, such as planting, irrigation, chemical application, harvesting, grading, timesheets and recordkeeping
  • Coordinate growing activities with other departments such as manufacturing, packaging and sales to ensure inventory needs are always met
  • Record information, such as production, cultivation management practices, to better prepare reports
  • Determine procedural changes in harvesting, drying, grading, storage and shipment for greater quality, efficiency and accuracy
  • Plan and direct development and production of plant varieties with high yield or disease and insect resistant characteristics
  • Assess requested needs for facility such as machinery, equipment and supplies
  • Assure all cultivation procedures are executed properly and efficiently

Civil - Grade Foreman - Southeast

Grade Foreman (Excavation) – Southeast

  • Plan and direct the removal of jobsite dirt and material as stated by contract, budget and jobsite timeline.
  • Must be able to supervise various activities at the same time, on different locations of the jobsite.
  • Ability to read grade, and jobsite plans.
  • Strong people-skills for dealing with subcontractors and all points of contact.

Mechanical Contracting - Detailer (multiple) - West Coast and Hawaii

Detailer – West Coast and Hawaii

  • Work with Autodesk, Revit, and Autosprink systems creating, modifying and releasing shop drawings for issue to manufacturing and installation.
  • Review project drawings, specifications and apply/incorporate prior to issue of shop drawings for manufacturing and installation.
  • Work closely with construction services team to ensure drawings convey correct information.
  • Self-check own work for completeness, accuracy, conformance with standards, fits and manufacturing.
  • Work closely with Master Planners, superintendents, CAD and Construction Services teams to provide value engineering and ensure drawing clarity.
  • Identify potential problems with design intent quickly and present cost-effective solutions.

Metals Recycling - Shredder Manager - Southeast

Shredder Manager – Southeast

  • Directly oversees management of production and maintenance staff of shredding operation across multiple shifts. To include staffing, performance management, training and development, and associated personnel decisions.
  • Sets operating schedules, daily and monthly production goals, and operating processes in conjunction with Facility Manager and other facility management staff.
  • Uses metrics including tons/hour, downtime percentage, NF pounds recovered, operating costs, etc. to measure performance and quality of shredding operations.
  • Prepares and monitors monthly operating costs for shredding operations.
  • Responsible for documenting and maintaining production records.
  • Ensures outbound product standards are met for applicable specifications.
  • Identifies, quantifies and drives evaluation of new technology for future implementation at the shredder. Participates fully in company-wide committees on shredder as requested, and shares own and implement others’ best practices to improve performance.
  • Trained to function occasionally as backup to daily Shredder Operator; may also occasionally operate yard equipment and assist in performance of light equipment maintenance.
  • In conjunction with Transportation staff, manages trucking and rail transportation activities related to shredding operation.
  • Schedule and coordinate visits and meetings with management, third party contractors, vendors and suppliers, engineering firs, and equipment manufacturers.
  • Monitors operations to ensure employees adhere to established policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and state and federal regulations, providing guidance or counseling when needed.
  • Arranges for worker training in safety, repair, maintenance, equipment use, or operational procedures.

Metals Recycling - Shop Foreman - West Coast

Shop Foreman – West Coast

  • Supervise and perform routine maintenance and repairs on various pieces of heavy and light equipment used in a scrap yard. This includes heavy equipment, trucks, trailers, tankers and other equipment as needed.
  • Supervise and perform routine maintenance checks and adjustments on such things as fluid levels, hoses, belts, brakes, tires, and clutches; changes filters and oil, and lubricates vehicles and motor driven equipment.
  • Identify and document any unsafe conditions and supervise or perform corrective action in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate continuous efforts to improve operations, increase production, and work cooperatively and jointly with co-workers.
  • Abilities include completing and creating forms to record or report repairs and to track outstanding issues that need attention.
  • Operate and inspect machines/vehicles regularly in order to diagnose defects in order to make necessary repairs where needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate any repairs that cannot be performed in-house and require an outside facility.
  • Position requires some welding experience and be able to perform in the field.
  • Maintains service logs on all equipment/vehicles and small tools
  • Perform additional duties not specifically related to equipment repair as directed by management
  • Keep tools, equipment, and work area clean, organized, and in good working condition.
  • May assist in training lower-level workers in mechanical repair techniques.
